Steward Machine’s experienced Quality Control department conducted as-found dimensional inspection on (40) Wicket Gates. The skilled machinist performed cavitation repair, undercut and weld overlay, stem bushing journals, vertical seal surfaces, vane top and bottom surfaces and vanes to specific contours. The customer was so pleased with work performed by Steward Machine’s machinist that they issued an additional order for (40) more Wicket Gates.
